I know it costs a bit but I LOVE Solitaire Till Dawn X. Many different Solitaire games including Freecell. It's $24.95 for there are over 100 games.

OK, sorry - you wouldn't believe how many people we see here that lock onto something like this from Windows and find themselves disappointed that it isn't included with the Mac.

When I first tried a Mac back in the Mac Plus/SE days I missed Solitaire and freecell. Otherwise I missed nothing! :D

I just started using Mac too so this won't be 5 things yet.

1- Start up time. Good grief, there isn't even a comparison!!!
2- Adding/deleting programs. Could Mac have made it ANY easier, I mean really? I love drag and drop. :)
3- Not having Finder. At first I didn't like it but seriously, it has everything right there...I don't miss searching endlessly though folders any more.

1. Waiting ten minutes for Vista to finish loading (or whatever it's doing).
2. Being told there's a wireless network nearby, when I'm watching a movie.
3. Windows Genuine Advantage. (Shouldn't I put that in quotation marks?)
4. Drive letters (C:, D:, E:, F:, N:, U:, ...) and trying to remember which is which.
5. That annoying dog that appears whenever I search for something.

1. The need to start up, shut down, and restart all the time
2. Virus & spyware worries
3. Slow overall speed
4. Nothing works together very well.

To be fair, there are some things I DO miss about working with a PC and windows:

1. Low hardware costs
2. Availability of good freeware
3. Local availability of software
4. Familiarity of my favorite software (I'll get this back, in time)

One thing I learned from Apple was that it IS worth the money to pay for higher quality stuff.

I am one of the few (only) who likes using both. I have never had any trouble with Vista. Go figure.

Someone has clearly not been forced to use Lotus Notes :)

I would give anything to use Outlook over that.

I second this.... Lotus Notes stinks! :)
