A few days ago, fonts in Safari were getting scrambled and cleaning all the cahes didn't help. So I deactivated all fonts in Linotype Font Explorer.
That fixed the problem, but now I cannot activate any Postscript Helvetica Neue fonts in Font Explorer because it complains that OS X's own Truetype version is active. Before, I could have both on at the same time.
So I am faced with all my QuarkXPress documents being altered as they decide to use OS X's Truetype font, or the Helvetica used in Safari and OS X being replaced with a different font.
Any ideas?
