window server?

heya

i have a process called ' window server ' it is showing up on my istat pro widget. i dont know what it is but it always seems to be using 9%+.

Window server is what generates the UI (everything you see, click, type in, etc) for Mac OS. It's normal for it to be using CPU time, mine varies from 4% to 13.5% depending on what I'm doing.
