Just a simple answer would be needed describing which is better. I currently have a Dual 1.25 MDD G4 and I was contemplating on upgrading from 10.3.9 to Tiger or should I just wait for Leopard?

Mac Studio, M1 Max, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD
Leopard is so soon at hand that I would wait. If you don't, you will end up upgrading to Tiger and then upgrading again to Leopard. LOTS of compelling new stuff in Leopard.
