I'm sorry if this has been covered but I could not find it.

I was just needing an email address to contact Apple about my Macbook. It has turned blue in a couple high traffic places and was wondering what I could do about it since I don't live in a location near an Apple Store.

Thank You in advance for your help.

Thanks

Thank You for your response, sorry it took me so long to express my thanks. I got a Wii and have been on it constantly.

thanks again,

sadly though I can't email them.

but if you don't mind me asking more of you,

do you know what information I need in order to call? so i can be prepared when I call, so I dont have to constantly fumble around for what information they need.

thanks again

Mainly just the serial number of the machine.

Phone tech support is superior to e-mail anyway when it comes to tech issues. Normally it would take several e-mails, many days, and often e-mail replies that have nothing to do with what you asked.
