I'm interested in compiling a list of applications that seem to do a fine job of providing more eye-candy to OSX.

Desktop/Window customization applications, perhaps even animation enhancing applications. (perhaps a Compiz for the mac)

Any thoughts or generic feedback on what you think would be cool.
