Disk Utility verification Error

This error comes up when I try to verify the disk:
Volume Bit Map needs minor repair
Checking volume information.
Invalid volume free block count
(It should be 8099949 instead of 8099755)
The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.

Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit

Volume needs repair

I try to click Repair Disk, but it's grayed out. . . help?

Insert the installation cd and press & hold C until you see the spinning wheel. Once you are in installation mode open the Disk Utility and Repair from there.
