Hi there!!

I'm really new MAC user. I have an iBook G4 Lap-Top.
I need a f77, g77 or gfortran compiler, but I don't know
where and how to get it. Could some body tell me how to
solve my problem? Please help me!!!

I'm using X11 1.1.3

Thanks,

Something else about Fortran compiler...

Hi,

Yesterday I send the message below. I forgot to tell that
I downloaded the free g77 compiler, but I need to recompile it with
gcc. When I do it there are several errors at the end of compilation.

I have heard from people that it is normal, and those errors can be
overcome. If anyone has solved this problem, could help me please?

Thanks,

gomex

P.S. How do you find the O S version you are using?

If you have gcc already, I am very certain that gcc has a f77 mode. Have you looked into this? I understand that it is essentially a cross compile, from f77 to C and then compile, but that should work very well.
