Disappearing iCal Calenders !

When I tried to pull up my iCal calender today they were nowhere to be seen. The only thing I did yesterday was update my Quicktime and iTunes.
I still have my calender on my iPod and was wondering if i can transfer back to my PB ?
Any info on why my iCal calenders disappeared would be appreciated.
