I've just started using this after switching from Mozilla, but seen that when I download something it automatically downloads to my desktop; it doesn't ask me to 'save' or 'open'.

Is there a way to enable this?

Cheers

I hvae a Downloads Folder and I just download everything to that....

I don't think you can get it to request where to save it each time but if you goto Safari Preferences then on the General Tab there's an Option to select the Folder to Download to.

I would suggest my way just have a download folder then organise it after :D

I'd rather it just asked me if I wanted to open or save the file before it started automatically downloading that's all :(
