Changing menu opacity

Is there any way to change the opacity of the menu background? It looks to be slightly transparent (95% - 98%) but was wanting to lower it a little. I have it at 80% on my Linux box and it looks great.

You mean the dock? I was having the same issue recently, but fryman22 pointed me in the right direction:

I'd like to change the background opacity of the menus rather than the doc bar.
