Anyway to clean the mouse button?

My white MacBook is getting dirty. Especially the mouse button. I tried a bit of alcohol on a cotton ball but it didn't seem to do much. Any other suggestions?

Try a mixture of dishwashing liquid and water. Rub gently and wipe clean.
