Okay so I want me keyboard backlight on all the time whyy wont it be and when it does go on i need to turn the light alll the way up everytimee

The backlight will only come on in low-light conditions. It adjusts itself to the amount of light available in the room. If you want to have it higher than what it self-adjusts to, you will have to do so manually every time.
