I just bought this router today, It seems to work fine, however as soon as I setup a password, my MacBook cannot connect to it.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Also beside the other very good suggestion, what are you running for encryption? WEP or WPA? If WEP be sure you have it set to the type of WEP key you are using. If it's ACSII you just enter the password, but if it's HEX you have to select it from the drop down where you put in your WEP password/Hex Key.

For examples check this thread. First pic is for an ASCII Key and 2nd is for HEX.
