Sometimes I have clients at my office, and I don't want any files appearing in the Open Recent menu in Preview due to client competition. In OS9 it was easy to stop this. Can it be disabled in Tiger?

Thanks

I believe thee is a folder on your system with that name. In the folder would be short cut/aliases to the items you are speaking of. I believe that if you chamge the permissions on the folder to to no permissions at allm should resolve your problem.

Thanks RMAN. Any idea where this folder is and what it's likely to be called?

Thanks

I found an easier way. Go to system preferences -> appearances. he you can change the num of items display to zero.
