Recording Audio...

I work as an assistant producer for a morning radio show and we have to get the audio from a video a lot!

If I were to open up a streaming video from say, NFL.com and wanted to do a live recording of the audio... how would I do that with my mac? I can do it with my Windows based machine but since I am new to the mac world I wanted to know if this is do able... please get back asap!

You can either capture the audio that's playing with Audio HiJack, or download the file and export only the audio with quicktime pro, FFMpegX or visualhub.
