Hello, I bought a MacBook Pro yesterday but when I bought it I realize that the computer didn't come with an OS, my question im downloading Mac OS Tiger right now, and I want to know if I need a bootable CD to install the OS, and if I need it, how do I create a bootable Mac OS CD in Windows. Thanks.

Every Mac you buy comes with OX S preinstalled. If you bought it new there should be two DVDs along with it.

Here are the things you get in the box
* MacBook Pro
* 85W MagSafe Power Adapter, AC wall plug, and power cord
* Lithium-polymer battery
* Apple Remote
* DVI to VGA adapter
* Install/restore DVDs
* Printed and electronic documentation

If any of them are missing, I suggest you to contact your dealer immediately.

You should buy the OS X I'm afraid.

If your computer didn't come with Tiger, you'll need to buy it.
