can't install windows xp

Hi,

We've been trying to install windows XP on parallel which is running on OS X.

It seemed to be working properly up till we get the first blue screen with "Starting windows" and then nothing happens apart from the XP disk appearing on the desktop and then everything stops... I'm clueless...

That is the stop code on the blue screen?

is it something like 0x0000007B INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE?
