Problem with PowerMac G4

I have a 400 MHz PowerMac, AGP system. I have a Luna2 Professional Audio Soundcard installed, and have had it in there for two years now. I never took it out, and everything works fine. A few days ago I pulled the soundcard out because I no longer need it, and my Mac won't start up! When i put the card back in, everything is back to normal. I've tried reseting power management, installing fresh on formated drives, setting back the firmware, upgrading the firmware, but nothing helps. I thought putting another PCI card in the soundcard's slot would help, but that didn't help either. Can anyone help me here, anyone have any idea what i can do to get the mac to work, without the soundcard?? Apple store couldn't find the problem either by the way!!!

PS-Tried installing OS9, through 10.3, no difference!
