Dual Monitor Setup

Ok I just setup two monitors on my Mac pro and for some reason the 2nd LCD is totally off on color. They are both the exact same brand and exact same model, how would I make them both look exactly the same?

Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.
i had the same problem on my quad, over time and with some calibration, the color difference is no longer noticeable.

So you think that it may be because it's brand new?
