Which External HD Enclosure

I've had my Mac MINI for 1 month now and am very glad I switched from my WinDoze pc. Running on a BSD machine takes me back to my college days on Apollo Domain OS ... ANYWAY ...

Only thing it lacks is drive space ... I have several large drives in enclosures that were fine for my PC ... but they sound like a jet engine next to the MINI. http://www.mwave.com/mwave/viewspec.hmx?scriteria=AA26430&RSKU=AA26430

I was wondering if anybody had advice an external enclosure or external hard drive. My requirements would be:
1. QUIET
2. Firewire is a must, USB optional
3. 500 gb capacity (if it comes with drive)
OR
4. Dual or Quad bays with RAID (if it come without drives)

its very quiet, and sits under mini. plus you get 2 extra firewire and 3 extra usb2 with built in hub. you can get it up to 750GB.
