G4 Ram quandry

I have a dual 1 Ghz G4 tower with 768 MB of ram. The ram is divided into a 256 MB ddr 333 PC-2600 stick that came stock withthe machine, and an Infinieon 512 MB, DDR 333B, PC-2600 stick. The infineon stick causes strange system problems ( such as not waking from sleep). I tried other 512 MB sticks (all of wich were 333, PC-2700). THe error was corrected. Can anyone reecomend a Brand that does not conflict with Panther's picky hardaware setup?

kingston is a great brand. i just picked up a 512 stick from them for $65 on sale. kingston is completely compatible with panther. i've had no problems
