Appleworks 6 problems with Pather upgrade

I recently upgraded to Panther 10.3.9. When I try to print a new or previous created document in Appleworks 6, it "unexpectedly" quits. I have a HP deskjet 5550.

I upgraded to OS X 10.3.5 using install software for an eMac that I bought from FastMac. I then downloaded 10.3.9 from Apple.

I also upgraded Java, Quicktime 7 & and a slew of security updates.

I am new to the forum and was unable to find any info on this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use the Mac OS X Combined Update 10.3.9?

Os X 10.3.9

On the Apple web site it is listed as Mac OS X Update 10.3.9?

I installed the OS X Combined Update. Thank you I appreciate the link. However, Appleworks is still quitting when I try to print a document.

Any other suggestions?
