Intel iMac Acrobat 7 issues

Didn't know if anyone else has experienced this but having recently started working on a new iMac my pdf settings have been removed. They have a line through them and say:

This panel is not compatible with your computer. Contact the printer manufacturer for the latest version of your printer software.

I went and updated my Acrobat but still doesn't work. Any ideas?? I know I can still export direct to pdf rather than printing this way but that doesn't give me the same options, i.e. Screen, high quality etc??

Any ideas??
