Macbook TV out problem

I recently purchased a Macbook 13.3. I love the machine.
I am running XP with bootcamp. My problem is I am not able to connect my Macbook to my TV on XP. I bought the Apple mini-DVI to S-Video convertor. But tv out is not an option in my graphics card advanced properties. When I plug the DVI cable I only see notebook as display options. I 've updated my graphics card driver, which is Intel 945GM.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

On the old macs you use the red circular cable port just like a VCR,sorry I don't have a new computer.
