Removing Applications

What is the best way to remove an application along with everything else that comes with it? e.g. Application Support and any other dependancies it may store places.

Spotlight the app name and drag the associated files to the trash

AppZapper is a program that does a pretty good job of erasing the files

In most cases, simple dragging it to the Trash, and empty Trash will do the trick.
