Could someone be as of so kind to point me in the direction of some good games I can download for my macbook? Sometimes I'm getting pretty bored and wanna have a game of something, even car racing or tetris like games. Cute little puppies, I'd even consider an RPG or MMPORG!

Cheers.

C+C Generals is great.

Agreed! Also, if you like C+C Generals you will LOVE Homeworld 2! Same type of concept (Real Time Strategy) but the "game grid" is 3-dimensional (it is set in space). I just got this game and it is a blast!

There is always HALO. Every bit as enjoyable on the Mac as it's PC or X-Box brethren.

I have not played any computer games in a LONG time... I'd like to get into some online gaming with my new iMac..

Is Call of Duty 2 (online mostly) going to run okay on my iMac with only the 128 VRAM?

Thanks in advance.

Any other game recommendations for me?

Don't start World of Warcraft because it's far too addicting for anyone's own good.

Call of Duty 2 is fine on my iMac 20" 2.0 cd with the 128MB VRAM + 2GB RAM running at full 1680 x 1050 resolution so I reckon you won't have any problems :)

And then there's always Quake 4 which is most enjoyable on the same specced machine :)

Another reason to NOT play World of Warcraft.

You'll pick up dumb phrases such as FTW, FTL, WTS, WTB, whatever.

JUST SAY NO! to World of Warcraft.
