Hello
I recently re-installed Tiger 10.4.3 on my 867MHz Powerbook with built-in Airport Extreme card (firmware 402.6 (3.90.34.0.p.13)) and now the wireless network that I want to use is not even listed in the list of available networks. I manually typed in the name and the WEP passkey but all I get is a message saying "There was an error joining the AirPort network..."
I know there is nothing wrong with the wireless network as I am using it at the moment on someone else's computer without issue.
Do I need to reinstall drivers? upgrade firmware? configure network settings? Someone please help me - everyone here is on PC except for one other guy on a Mac who is equally clueless (his Mac is working fine on the wireless network)
Thanks for any help you can give
