Drop down menus on websites

What's the best and easiest way to implement this onto a website by someone (me) with no JavaScript knowledge.

Basically, upon rollover of the button, I just want a list of links to list down.

If you search in google, then you will be able to find many ways to do this... ie they give you the script and its really easy to customize. I will look for you, but letting you know that much incase I can't find it as I am in class right now.

CSS will take care of it in all browsers except IE6 which requires csshover.htc http://www.xs4all.nl/~peterned/csshover.html
