Logitech MX610 with USB Overdrive

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Mini Intel Duo Core1.66Ghz 1.25Gb RAM
I bought the Logitech MX610 and it has basic functionality.
USB Overdrive does not find the mouse so I cannot configure it.
Is there anything I should be doing?
Everything is plugged in and I have tried changing the USB Port.

I have a Intel-Mac Mini 1.66

was it a mistake installing the Logitech Control Center which doesn't even find the mouse?

Yes... it was... it works perfectly with USB Overdrive and Logitech Control Center uninstalled, besides for the IM and Email notification lights/buttons. I dont think that those buttons work at all with mac?
