Recently I updated my OS to 10.4.8 and now the computer won;t boot to the desktop. I get to the login screen and put in my password then the screen turns to blue and stays there for ever. I tried login in through single user and this also brings me to blue screen after login in and password. Any suggestions? I hate to reinstall OS 10.4 again. Does anyone know how to go back to previous OS version?

Thanks

Ed

The only way to go back is to start over with a archive install. Installing 10.4 and bring it to what ever version you want using the combo updater.
