not enough free space for an archive and install!!

After an interruption of the 10.4.8 installation, my macbook wont boot up os x(panic error) so now i'm trying to do an archive and install but i dont have enough space (need another 10gb) nor the means to free some up!! what can i do??

Before you do a reinstall try to reset PRAM. Here is how you do that.
