Airport drops connection after 'waking' from sleep

OS 10.3
After waking from sleep, Airport has dropped my preset connection. This happens every time that the Powerbook goes to sleep mode. Is there a setting to correct this, or is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. When the computer sleeps the connection drops.
There are more than a few threads on here that discuss this, so please take a few minutes to search them out if you need more information.
