'Mail's' Sent Items

I am using an IMAP account but can't view the emails that I've sent, only my inbox and outbox.

There is a 'Sent Items' folder, but nothing ever goes in it.

Any ideas how I can enable this?

Just a thought...have you logged into your webmail and looked in the sent items folder...
