Well i have a Wireless ADSL Linksys Router, the PC that was here before had a USB stick and the signal was perfect all the time.
This iMac gets around 5-6Bars has lossy connection.
I have just brought a £30 Antenna for the Linksys Router and its made no difference, i have moved the router from room too room and no difference what so ever, i have even placed the router right under the room that has the iMac and no improvment.
I have searched the forum and can see this is common.
Is there a iMac adapter where i can stick an extra Antenna on it? if not can i plugin my linksys usb stick? and would it work? im going to try but unsure how this machine will react or how to access the net using such device?
Any tips would be great.
