Panther upgrade

I just upgraded to 10.3, and the screen flashes the finder top bar and the dock doesn't appear. I can run programs though a finder window sometimes, when I am able to grab one while they flash. Also, some programs "unexpectedly quit" on me. I have no idea what to do. I have reinstalled 10.3 a couple of times and still no good.

SInce I don't have Panther as of yet, but I will offer a suggestion. If you are not at OS X 10.3.2, you might try upgrading to 10.3.2.

If you upgraded to to 10.3 with the upgrade or archive and install method I recommend you reinstall using the Clean Install option
