is it my imagination or does the latest version of mac msn messenger not have support for video conferencing?

I swear I thought that I read somewhere that it had video integration capability but I can't seem to find the "Video on" button.

can someone show/tell me where I can find this video feature?

mac MSN has never supported webcams - I've been using it on and off since I was running OS 9 3 or so years back.
