I am currently using Super Duper! to make a disk image of my hard drive. At first it was fine, only using 3-4GB. But over time my disk images have grown to 30GB even with medium compression.

Is there a way I can break this file to fit on multiple DVD's and still be able to use it?

I make disk images monthly, so over the course of a year, its getting close to maxing out my 320GB hard drive as my backup drive.

You could try MacHacha to split the file up and burn it to seperate disks.
