I go to college and the wireless network on campus blocks many ports, particularly downloading ports for bittorents and such.
I play WoW and I want to play at school too but the network firewall blocks the ports.
I have already asked if they would open certain ports so I would be able to play but they decline.
I heard that there are port directing programs that allow you to redirect applications to use certain ports.
My friend has a list of the open ports on the network I could possibly redirect WoW to, so I was wondering if anyone knew if these programs would work on a wireless network, or even on a Mac.
I hope this made sense!!
Thank you in advance~~
