U3 Launchpad Removal

I recently purchased a Sandisk Micro Flash Drive. I came equipped with U3 Lauchpad, which means that when I plug it in a CD mounts with an installer for some windowns software. Need Help removing this stupid software.

If it's mounting a *.dmg file or some such (I'm not entirely sure what you're explaining) eject that virtual drive so only the Sandisk Micro Flash Drive remains. Delete all files within it. If that doesn't work, Run Disk Utility and format it to MS-DOS Filesystem (FAT32).

I assume you haven't used the flash drive yet and no data will be lost if you did a format/erase.
