Entourage - Autorun and Check Daily?

Hey everyone,

Quick question.

I have a really bad habbit of checking my email in entourage.

I was wondering if there was a way to set it up so at a set time everyday it automatically would open up and check my email?

I realize Entourage can be set to auto-send/recieve but I need to launch it before hand...something I always forget to do.

Anyways I dont know if entourage has a built in method, if I'd use an applescript or a 3rd Party program but if someone could let me know that'd be great!!
