What will I need to do when I get my Macbook?

I ordered it yesterday and I can't wait to get it! Could someone please tell me what I should do when I get it- I mean is there anything I should download (I read something about downloading something so it doesn't get too heated)? Any certain settings I should set...Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!

the firmware update will already be imstalled. you sould run software update first thing, but there may not be any updtes

Use it and enjoy it the best you can!!!!! all new firmware updates etc will already be on it so just have a blast!!!!! search around the forum for good software for AIM, email, web browsers, irc, etc
