iPod Nano 1st gen. dull white display?

Has anyone with a 1st gen iPod nano noticed the display on the screen is like a dull off-white color? Like it really doesn't match the white of the ipod itself.

The backlight's exact hue can vary... I've seen some that have a pink tint, others look slightly blueish...

It's not supposed to be exactly like the nano itself, just more or less white :)

Oh ok, just curious. Thing is its a refurb model, but everything seems to be in working order + I'm covered with warranty.
