is there anyway to set the macbook touchpad to 'tap click'?

System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Trackpad

Trackpad Gestures
Clicking = Check it

Just my opinion, but I can't stand how people like the track-pad click. It annoys me because i always click whenever I want to move the cursor.
