OS 10.4 PowerMac G5 Install Discs

There are lots of these on eBay and I was wondering if they would work on an iMac G4 (flat screen, 1Ghz model)?
Is an OS X FULL installation disc compatible with any suitable Mac or if it says PowerMac G5 on the disc, that's the only computer it will work on?

Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.
correct, it will only work on a powermac g5. If you are looking at buying tiger for your imac, just get the full version which is probably also on ebay.
