as in the "background"? if thats what youre asking for go to system preferences > desktop & screen saver > and under desktop you can pick your theme.

For more comprehensive 'themeing' you could check out shapeshifter by unsanity. But I think it is still in beta for intel macs...

Likely not. Unlike Linux/unix, Mac OS X dictates a particular theme (window decorations, scroll bar placement, colors etc.). It is part of the Mac OS X "brand", and Apple is proud of it.

You CAN change your background image, per the earlier post, but that is all. The actual theme cannot be changed like say a GTK theme can be changed in Linux.
