Formating HD

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook Pro 2.5 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 250 GB HD
So im installing a new hd for my macbook and i need to format it first, so the question is what format to use. mac os extended (journaled), " ", " "(case-sensitive, journaled), " "(case-sensitive), MS-DOS, Unix File system.

I don't know all that much about Mac formats, but you wouldn't want the MS-DOS, or the UFS, and I think the best to go with is the standard, journaled format (the first on the list) but, I could be wrong.

"Mac OS extended, journaled" is the way to go... :cool:
