what about the inventor of control option command escape? :D (i believe those were the first commands on apple to force quit (but in Classic OSes it often lead to a nasty freeze up)

i think the Mac version would be Control+Command+Power Button ... Windows stole the Cntrl+Alt+Del and used it for their OS, he just used it to restart on lock up
