Bumptunes...don't understand how to install

I'm trying to install Bumptunes:
http://interconnected.org/home/2005/03/04/apples_powerbook
I don't really understand the installation instructions...is this what I'm supposed to do? What exactly do I put into terminal?

python: can't open file 'bumptunes.py'

Hah, now I feel like an idiot...cd...should have guessed...just like ftp.

Umm, now that I know how to turn it on, how do I turn it off?
And is there a way to make a clickable way to turn it on and off?
