MAC Pro ....and what sound card?

Hi All,
I read a lot of good things about MAC Pro as the fastest MAC, but I like to know
what sound card it comes and what are the possibilities that can add to it.
I like to have a good one what is over the avarage.

Could you be more specific what you need the card for?

Audio recording? Surround sound output? Gaming?

The Mac Pro comes with "on-board" audio, and I do know that the back of the Mac Pro has an optical audio out. I don't yet know if you can get 5.1 out of these machines yet or not. Also, it's got 4 PCI express slots. So adding an atermarket sound card would require one that is PCI Express. I don't know of any sound cards right now that come in the PCI Express flavor. Surely not Creative, as they can't even get driver releases out in a timely manner.

Hopefully the "pro" cards will make PCI Express variants, specifically those cards for music recording.

The computer will wait to buy until the new OS comes out.
Like to use record music but like to have a high class audio card.
Like to know what card can come in count. (Sorry they not mention it in the description)
